An indestructible house plant, extremely low maintenance.  The leaves can grow up to five feet!  ertilize every month during the spring through fall with a water soluble fertilizer.  Too much plant food causes excess salt build up in the soil that can result in leaf burn.  As the plant grows, it will often grow into a tree- you can prune if the leaves get out of control.  The plant will develop air roots, when the get too long you can repot the plant or trim the air roots.

- Best in medium or bright indirect light near an east or south window.
